YBH promotes the concept that no person has the right to beat another person. We are selling YBH brand shirts, hats and accessories which assist us in supporting someone fleeing a domestic violence situation. We are connected to a vast network of professionals which provide the services needed for the victim to become the survivor. Our desire is to raise the consciousness of the masses through this movement as we ask the question “Why beat her?” “Why beat him?
These shirts have been referred to as “Wife beaters” in some circles, however we say “Why beat her?” Interviews and ask “Why” after and before each person. Statements “We find no excuse” after interviews, “No justifiable cause”, “There is no reason”. We say there is no justifiable cause, no excuse given, and no reason WHY a human being should beat another human being.
